1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No small items(rack items, pallet items), fencing, posts or tires the entire week prior to the auction!
Must be farm related and sellable (no car parts).
We reserve the right to limit/decline small items.
Machinery will have priority over small items when checking in.
All small items must be removed the day after the sale or we will dispose or resell them.
The commission for items $10 or less will be the amount sold for, ie. if it sells for $5 the commission is $5.
Must be washed and in good condition.
All outside feeders must have lids.
All Fencing, Livestock Equipment, Building Materials, and Bin Equipment must be removed 4 days following
the sale or there will be a $25 Load Out Charge.
All Machinery and other items must be removed within 1 week following the sale or there will be a $25 Load
Out Charge.

All items must be settled for on Sale Day.
All guarantees are between the Buyer and the Seller.
